I used to do this sort of thing as a vlog and I really enjoyed them, but since I don’t really film anything now I’ve decided to make this a monthly post instead. This is literally just a list of my favourite things (in general) that I’ve discovered in the month of January 2018.

Best concert I’ve been too
Bit of a different post from the usual but thought I’d share a little something. Anyone that knows me knows how much I love going to concerts, and I’ve been to a good few hundred in the last 8 and a half years (since 25th October 2009 to be exact). It’s quite hard to choose one favourite out of the many so I’m going to choose three instead.

My 2018 Goals
Originally I wasn’t going to share my goals with anyone (except Leigh and my bullet journal) however I’m quite happy with my goals for this year. They’re also very achievable in the next 12 months so I have no excuse really.

My 2017 Summed Up
2017 was a busy but stressful year for me, overall it wasn’t a great year but even through all the crap I have some pretty amazing memories. I think I’ll just go month by month, as you will see, some months we’re more eventful than others...

My Bullet Journal 2018
First off let me say a huge Happy New Year to you all!
So I had never heard of a bullet journal until Leigh told me she was going to do one for 2018 and I asked her what they hell it was. When she explained what it was and showed me, I thought it was a really good idea and I’d love to do it myself, but I would probably forget about it a couple of months in. A week or so later after seeing Leigh pin page ideas for her journal to her board on Pinterest, I caved and ordered myself one. I’ve not finished adding pages yet, but my main ones that I needed finished for January 1st are done and so far it’s going well, which is a promising start to the new year.
Really this post is all about what sort of pages I’ve added so far in my journal, to give you some ideas if you’re thinking of starting one yourself.

Christmas Gifts 2017
So for Christmas 2017 I feel like I was thoroughly spoilt by all my friends and family, just as much as I spoilt them. I always have so much fun picking out presents for everyone, but this year I seemed to enjoy it so much more. For my Mum, sister, Charlie and Victoria I took them to Harry Potter Studio Tour, I took my dad to the last ever day of the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff and I took my brother and sister-in-Law to London MCM Comic Con - I also got them all other bits to actually open on Christmas. All my nephews just got a few bits each that I knew they would love (I definitely won Auntie points there), then for Leigh, Lewis, Tessa, Tara and Katie I bought them all some bits I knew they would love (for Leigh that included a huge Simba plush from the Disney store)
