I've said it a few times now about how Adam and his team throw the best parties, but this time they really outdone themselves. From the venue to the entertainment everything was amazing and we had so much fun. By 'we' I'm obviously referring to me and Victoria.
So the venue was this little place along the Thames called One Embankment which I have walked past a million times and never knew existed. We did however do the smart thing for two people who do not often wear heels... we wore flats there and changed into our heels outside.
So the first thing we did when we arrived was put our coats into the cloakroom and then got a picture with the Revolution backdrop behind us. Then we went through and were immediately drawn to the stands showing off the new products by Make Up Revolution, I Heart Makeup and Freedom.
After admiring all the new products (I think the things I'm most excited for is those I Heart Makeup brushes, look how amazing they look) we grabbed some drinks from the amazing bar staff stood with trays of drinks around the dance floor area, Victoria took to referring to these as the 'portable barmen'. We said hi to a couple of people that we've seen at previous events but apart from that we didn't mingle, even though we said to ourselves that we would. After an hour or so of people arriving and chatting Adam appeared and gave a brilliant speech and also introduced the three new members of the Youtube team; @makeupbytammie, @sophdoesnails and @carmimua - check them out on Youtube and Instagram, they are slaying.
So after the speech there was entertainment in the form of dancers who were literally so amazing I can't even describe. Once the dancers had finished their routine we headed upstairs to leave suggestions on the iPads, they had been set up so that we could have our say on future products we would like to see. We took some photos and found the only available seat (the floor) whilst we vlogged a little and rested our feet then we headed back downstairs to grab more drinks and enjoy the music and atmosphere. We also spotted a photobooth set up so of course we took full advantage of that.

As we were getting ready to leave the party, (our feet were killing us in our heels and we were tired, we are not 19 year olds anymore) we bumped into Adam again who was chatting with some lovely girls who included us in the conversation and we ended up exchanging business cards - so we did mingle more than previous events, I'm genuinely proud of us.
And as per the usual generosity of this brand we didn't leave before being handed little goodie bags, below are some pictures of what my goodie bag included.
So that was the Make Up Revolution 3rd Birthday party, here's to many more years using products from this brand and many more events celebrating the success of Adam and his amazing team! I will also be posting a video on my Youtube channel of the night which will include parts of Adam's speech, some of the dancers routine and *some* drunken ramblings from Victoria and myself.
